AGATHA'S 2ND BIRTHDAY IN BORACAY ISLAND: DAY 3 & DAY 4 🎉
We spent our third day in Boracay swimming, eating, and unwinding. Unlike yesterday, wala na kaming ibang errand kundi mag enjoy nalang.
Right after our breakfast, nagpalit kami ng pang swimming at pumunta na agad sa dagat. Dala ni Agatha ung sand toys nya then we just let her play, walk, run, and paddle in the water habang nakaupo kami sa banig ni dadi Cy. Having a toddler is a lot of work, but everything pays off when we see her exploring and having fun. We are tired but happy, and grateful that we get to see the world through her eyes.
From time to time dinadala ni dadi si Agatha sa tubig. Dahil nga nag iisa lang syang anak, we are her playmates, too. Haha.
We brought snacks and coffee habang nakatambay sa tabi ng dagat. Libre lang naman mangarap kaya sana balang araw, dadi Cy and I could retire by the ocean *fingers crossed to the max! Hehehe.
After swimming, we went to Island Chicken Inasal at D'Mall to eat lunch. We tried their inasal and added turon for Agatha. Medyo nagtipid kami sa lunch kasi we were planning to have buffet dinner at Sea Breeze Café in Henann Regency Resort & Spa.
We planned to try Mango Mama pero since we had Coco Mama last night, we went for something different this time. We tried the Special Nutella Mango from My Crepes with whipped cream, Nutella, fresh mangoes, and ice cream. Agatha liked it so much, pero ako, hindi ko talaga bet ang crepes. Ung whipped cream at kung anu anong palaman nya, yes. Siguro I will give it a try again, sa ibang lugar.
Sa labas, I need either iced matcha ng Starbucks or iced Spanish latte, or just iced latte, basta matapang.
For dinner, pumunta kami sa Sea Breeze Café in Henann Regency Resort & Spa para mag buffet. It's a bit expensive pero sulit naman for me lalo na if you love seafood.
Ako naman kumuha ng baked scallops, mini tempura, onion rings, and beef croquettes, then I tried more seafood. For dessert, we had ice cream, cake, and mango sago.
Pagkatapos kumain, we headed back to the hotel and called it a night.
Maaga kaming bumangon para mag almusal on our last day in Boracay. Breakfast was served buffet-style since madami ng guests sa hotel. There were plenty of food choices naman, but we realized the plated dishes were actually better in terms of being able to try everything on the menu.
Though may coffee naman sa hotel, I still bought an iced latte at McDonald's. Charot!
After checking out, the hotel's receptionist gave us personalized bracelets.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Le Soleil de Boracay. I loved the quaintness and charm of the place, though they may need to keep up with newer hotels. Their customer service was good, but they could add a few more personal touches besides the bracelets.
Traveling with just the three of us meant less fuss and more quality time together. We’re so glad we got to celebrate our daughter’s second birthday in Boracay.
Looking forward to the next one! :)
