DAY TRIP AT LAS CASAS FILIPINAS DE ACUZAR WITH FAMILY & SOME RELATIVES

Cy and I spent our Sunday with my family and some of my relatives at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Bagac, Bataan. Three of them just got back from Canada and will be leaving a few weeks from now.

We purchased our Weekend Day Tour tickets through Klook for P1,850 each. It includes Heritage walking tour with a tour guide, signature welcome drink, cold towel and map, and beach access.

We left Makati at around 4 AM, had breakfast along the way, and reached the 400-hectare resort past 8 AM.

Upon registration, we were given maps of the entire resort, stubs for the walking tour and welcome drinks.

Registering all 13 participants.

Kuya helped us wear the wristbands.

The stubs.

Even though we booked the 1:30 PM walking tour, they allowed us to join anytime. We chose the 9:30 AM walking tour so we could just stroll around after.

We rode a free jeepney going to Casa Binan where the walking tour would commence.

The welcome drink.

Time to unwind.

Just chilling.

The walking tour covered 5 houses and lasted for almost 2 hours.

Gorgeous lamps.

Thanks, hon, for capturing this.

I wish there were more trees for shades. If you go here, I suggest staying for at least one night so that you can enjoy the sceneries at dusk and go for a morning walk the next day.

Next time, wear sunglasses. Hehe

We ate lunch at Cusina ni Nanay Maria. Masarap ung food nila especially the kare-kare.

Eating together has always been one of my favorite bonding time.

It was a windy day, but hot enough to stroll around. The teens got time to roam freely and take pictures with the beautiful structures.

Some of us took naps around the pool area. Swimming in the pool is only allowed for inhouse guests, but they didn't mind people utilizing their pool lounge chairs to take a siesta.

My brother and Yen wanted to rent a golf cart, and I wanted to ride a bicycle. Unfortunately, none was available.

Mga tambay.

Papa captured this photo of mine with the bibingka.

Mga tulog!

I wanted to explore more, but lola couldn't walk longer distance and it was still quite hot at around 3 in the afternoon. We decided to just take a jeepney going back to the registration area where we'd get the exit pass.

One more picture before leaving the beautiful place.

Time to go home.

I wish we could do this more often.
