WEEK 42 | EVERYDAY 2019
For a housewife like me, Monday feels like just another day at home. I woke up at 8:00 am, cooked breakfast and spent the day cleaning and answering queries online on behalf of my husband.

My late lunch were my homemade turon, buto ng pakwan, and coffee while watching The 100 on Netflix. Season 3 was too intense!
For dinner, I cooked Ginisang Ampalaya, dried sapsap, and fried liempo for Cy. I ate atis after. I am trying to disprove the statement that you should not eat fruits right after meals because right after a meal is the most convenient time for me to eat fruits. Hmmmm.

I woke up at 6 am and ate instant pancit canton and leftover rice from last night for breakfast.
Maureen and I arrived at the venue early.

We ordered Okinawa and Wintermelon Milk Tea (P75 each), cheese and bbq fries platter (P50 each), and fish ball platter (P99). We both loved the fish ball sauce!
I got home past 6 pm. Cy came home late that night because there was a wedding at his venue.

I was supposed to blog about my week so far while eating atis or sugar-apple but the internet was not cooperating.

So glad Cy brought home more fruits!
I slept early but suddenly woke up at around 11 PM. For some reason, I checked my email which I don't normally do at night. To my surprise, the vet clinic who would be conducting a free spay program the following day sent me an email earlier informing me that I could finally bring our female cat! I didn't notice their notification earlier that day, and I wasn't really waiting for one because I was told a few days ago that I was not included in the list. So glad I still had time to fast our cat.
Thankful that it was a Wednesday, not coding day and Cy was available! We left home at 7 am with our confused mingming. We bought buko tart on the way to the clinic. We were availing a free service, so why not give them something in return for their good deed. :)

Rowena's was still closed. Hope they liked this one.

We arrived at around 9:30 am.
All of them were really nice.

I felt bad for mingming but this had to be done.
I was told to wait for a text message or just go there by 3 pm. Ate breakfast at Rufo's across the clinic.
Since we had to wait for mingming, we dropped by at Ford Cavite to get our Plate Number for Nogs.

Is this a sign? lol!!!!
Had too much time left, so we strolled around Vista Mall and spent the rest of the afternoon at Coffee Project. We ordered the Dark Chocolate and Mocha frappes.
Cy was informed of his uncle's passing that afternoon. Life's short and truly unpredictable.
Before we left Vista Mall, we shopped for some items at AllHome. I found this French Press which I thought would be nice to have.
We went back to the clinic by 3 pm and brought mingming home. One of the clinic staff told me to feed our cat the next day after her surgery and she needs to be in crate for a week. We bought her Whiskas cat food for hearty recovery meals.
Got home and put mingming in a much bigger crate but she still didn't like it.
Left home again in the evening to join Cy's family at the wake of his Uncle.
I woke up at 10 am!!! Cy left early to join a motorbike ride with his neighbors to Monte Maria and Lobo, Batangas.
I cooked ginataang gulay (kalabasa, okra, sitaw) and danggit Taal for lunch.
I felt really tired and lazy all day that I took a nap in the afternoon.

I was feeling so lazy the previous day, but I was super energetic last Friday. I cooked vegan bistek using Gluten Steak by Arrow. Cy's not a fan of vegan meat.

Masarap yung luto ko!
I did lots of things that day. I cleaned the whole house, folded the laundry, and bathed our two kittens.
Later that afternoon, I went to Tatay Ome's funeral with Nanay Anday. We left at 8 pm.
Cy and I left home early to drive my mother-in-law to Tagaytay Highlands and Angelffields, Silang to deliver the entourage flowers to the brides. First stop was Tagaytay Highlands then Angelfields, then back to the flower shop.

With Nogs.
Cy needed to go to his office that day, so we drove back home to get his motorbike and I left with Nogs. I was driving and assisting my mother-in-law all day. We went back to Tagaytay Highlands and Angelfields.

I went home feeling so tired. They really do work hard. Cy got home at almost 2 AM. He was with some of his acquaintances at one of his motorcycle clubs.
My boots I ordered from Lazada for a costume party next month.

We were running out of food in the fridge, so Cy bought galunggong from a regular fish vendor named Kenneth. I cooked Sarciadong Isda. Ang sarap!
