FAMILY DINNER IN AN INDIAN RESTAURANT
Last Friday night, my family and I had dinner together at New Bombay Royale in McKinley Hill, Taguig. So happy that all of them were available except for Cy. He has gout. T_T I drove alone from Tagaytay to Nuvali, then I fetched my brother at Toyota Motor Sta Rosa where he works as an Engineer. He usually takes a shuttle or sometimes he brings his car. I asked him to come along with me because I'd be driving alone.
At around 6 PM, we headed to Taguig to pick up my parents and Yen (my brother's fiance) at our house in Makati. During our travel to Taguig, my brother and I talked about how happiness depends on an individual's overall emotional state. My brother frequently goes on business trips, but he came to a point where it no longer excites him a lot. My dream of becoming a housewife came true, but I sometimes feel bored and has occasional burnout. My takeaway? Wherever you are in life, just make the most of it! Be happy as much as you can (says someone who's always not in the good mood) lol
We reached New Bombay Royale @ 8 in the evening. Dinner time! :)

It's a higher end Indian restaurant. Food were not served in the usual silver stainless steels.

| Chicken Tikka Masala, Mutton and Chicken Biryani, and Butter Parata |
We ordered Vegetable Samosa (P205 for 4 pcs), Mutton Biryani (P365), Chicken Biryani (P365), their best-seller Chicken Tikka Masala (P335), Butter Parata (P125), Plain Naan (P95) and Gulab jamun (P155 for 4 pcs).
I was disappointed with their vegetable samosa. I prefer the samosa at Royal Indian Curry House in Mall of Asia. The Gulab jamun tasted like a pancake soaked in maple syrup. Is that how it should taste like? Actually, I would rather go to Royal Indian Curry House if I crave for another Indian food or at the other New Bombay branch in BGC. Just saying. :)
| I assumed we could eat the cake we brought, but we were informed of the corkage fee (P500), so we just took a picture. POST-MOTHER'S DAY AND PRE-FATHER'S DAY CAKE. :) |

We all loved the food and the service was great. :) Indian cuisine is so flavorful and just perfect. It's my NUMBER ONE favorite cuisine. ^^
I drove back to Tagaytay at around 10:30 PM. It was fun!
Glad to have spent time with them. Till next time! <3
