FUTURE ME

They say life is too short. Yes, it is especially if you are looking back at the memories. I'm not sure though if people notice how much things change over the years. It may not look so evident but if you compare how you look from pictures a year ago, you can tell that you've actually changed. 

We are changing and if you're lucky enough, progressing every year. It may not be as obvious as getting promoted in your job, or having your first child in a span of one year from the time you got married, but if you take a closer look of how things went, you'd really think, "I actually changed". Maybe your sense of style has gotten bolder, or your face became more brighter, you hair longer and skin tone, hmmm whiter? or darker than ever before haha! 

And as time goes by I realize that you may also lose some friends. Some of them may become your enemy (for whatever reason it may be), and some of them will become just mere acquaintances. Or maybe your enemy can turn into a best friend. Some friends will keep winning your heart (no matter what they do to you) and you will love them forever. 

What will happen to me in the next 5 years? 

Don't tell me it's just 5 years! A lot can happen and everyday something happens. We just don't grow old, we grow up. Our priorities in life will change. The way we see things today may not or may matter in the future. 

I'm excited to meet my future me!!! I hope my future me is a stronger woman with 3 kids and my present bf as my husband. Haha!
